You have four shavers. What is the difference?

The difference between Nessie, Highlander, Braveheart and Thistle is the finishing which comes in matte black, matte silver, polished brass and polished copper, respectively.

Our specially weighted handle at 120 grams glides easily on your face without the need to press it against your face causing irritation.

Engraving takes time?

Yes it does. 5 working days for us to engrave and double check the engraving to ensure it is correct. Please note as of January 2018, Engravings are now in block letters and note cursive.

How many blades per cartridge?

Our cartridge has five German precision blades.

Our manufacturer’s state of the art manufacturing plant uses the latest grinding technology to make our blades recognised in the industry for longer lasting shaves. Our manufacturer also uses high quality management systems, certified in accordance to ISO 9001:2008

How often should I change my blades?

Our blades performs very well over a long period. We would, however, like to educate our customers to change their blades depending on usage. If you shave every day, we recommend changing every 2-3 weeks. If you shave 2-3 times a week, change it every month.

Why do we recommend this? Hygiene plays an important role for a perfect shave.

How do you remove the blades?
  1. Place the safety cover on the cartridge

  2. Tug the cartridge and it will slide off the handle

  3. Replace with a new cartridge. Ensure the safety cover is on before replacing.

When I order, what’s the estimated delivery period?

Now its free delivery!. Estimated delivery period is 3 days.However, any delay will be on courier end.

Non-engraved shavers and blades are sent out 24-48 hours. Engraved shavers takes a maximum 5 working days before shipping out.

Where do you deliver?

We only deliver to Malaysia. However, we are looking at ways to reach markets in ASEAN. If you have ideas, we’d love to hear them! Send your ideas to scottsshavers@gmail.com.

What if I want to return the shaver?

We are very dedicated to our shavers and we check each shaver one by one before delivery. However, if you find a defect, do email us at scottsshavers@gmail.com and we’ll replace the shaver with a new one.

Do you have shaving cream to go with your shavers?

Where are Scott’s Shavers made?

Our blades are brought in from Germany where the finest razor blades have been produced for over 90 years.

Our handles are designed and manufactured here in Malaysia. We worked with brand consultants and experienced product designers over one and half years to get the best design, weight and finishing for our shavers.

Is your website secure?

Yes it is. We take security seriously. Our system is safe and your information will never be given to a third party.

What is your refund policy?

We provide options for product received that may have slight defects to both handle or blades.

Upon receiving a photo of the defect, customers are given the option of:

1. Full refund, once we receive the tracking number of the returned product with Scott's Shavers bearing the cost of delivery back to us. Refund plus cost of delivery will be in five working days.

2. Replacement of blades or handles which Scott's Shavers bears the cost of delivery
